purpose
The UV weather resistance test chamber uses fluorescent UV lamps as the light source, and simulates the UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to conduct accelerated weather resistance tests on materials, in order to obtain the results of material weather resistance. This machine is used for non-metallic materials, organic materials (such as coatings, paints, rubber, plastics, and their products), to inspect the degree of product and material aging under changes in climate conditions such as sunlight, humidity, temperature, and condensation. Obtain discoloration, fading, and other issues in a short period of time.

light source
1. The light source uses 8 ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 tubes on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources available for users to choose from and configure. (Choose one)
2. The emission spectrum energy of UVA-340 lamps is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340nm
3. The emission spectrum of UVB-313 lamp mainly concentrates around the wavelength of 313nm.
4. Due to the gradual decay of the energy output of fluorescent lamps over time, in order to reduce the impact of light energy decay on the experiment, this test box replaces an old lamp with a new lamp every 1/4 of the lifespan of the fluorescent lamp among all eight lamps. In this way, the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy.
5. The effective service life of the lamp tube can be around 500 hours (imported lamp tubes have a service life of around 1600-1800 hours)
